This model combines mechanic technology with electric techniques, applied to high-accuracy cross cutting of roll materials after printing and laminating. The electrical appliance part of this machine is composed of engineering control computer, which is of internationally advanced technical level, 15-inch color digital display, imported frequency converter, photoelectric sensor and Panasonic AC servo motor and driver. With advanced control mode, this machine controls the speed of main machine, servo motor and material feeding motor through the computer for synchronous operation.

This machine features high-accuracy cutting, fast speed and easy material load. Meanwhile, it has a sensitive self-test function. When the photoelectric tracing color code exceeds preset effective range, or a malfunction occurs in the outer hall sensor, this machine can stop running automatically and gives instruction through the display to help users to shoot troubles easily, accurately and timely. Thus, this machine can decrease production of unqualified products, bringing more economic benefits.
